Luke has been engaged in student ministry in local churches for the last 18 years, and has sensed God’s call on his life to pursue planting a new church in Chico, CA. God has given Luke and Joy a passion for relational style of ministry that meets people where they are and helps them connect with God and his story. They have 3 children, Branden, Alyssa, and Caitlin, who are all in their college years.
Diane Fisher
Children’s Ministry Director
Diane Fisher was born & raised in Chico, CA. She studied Child Development at Chico State, Bible and Church Ministry at Nazarene Bible College, and has worked in youth ministry in Chico for over 15 years. She has a deep love for the Lord, loves sharing her testimony and making disciples who make disciples. She is very excited to be a part of the staff at Lifespring Church.
